HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!
We hope everyone had a safe and happy Halloween. Charlie loved it. She was not so sure about it at first, but once she realized what was going on she got very into it. She did not like when guys answered the door, so I had to try to look to see if it was a woman or man at the door! I think she enjoyed handing out candy more than getting it. When the doorbell rang she would run to it saying "Trick or Treat".
We went to Fish or Treat at the aquarium last night and she dressed as Dumbo, tonight she was a Care Bare...it must be fun being 3!!! I will down load tomorrow and hopefully post them later.

We had a great (and very busy) weekend and not one picture to show for it!! Aunt Mimi, Uncle Chad and Fischer came down from TN on Friday, along with Gabby and Poppie. Saturday was Jacob's 4th birthday and we went to his party at Chuck E. Cheese, which is always a good time for Charlie!!! That afternoon we went to North's birthday party and Charlie had a great time there too. After North's party we waited for the boy's to get back from their fishing excursion and headed over to the Keith's to cookout. We were aiming for an early night since the kids had no nap, but that never seems to work. I think Charlie and Fisher were in bed sometime close to 10:00 and most of the big kids were shortly after (I got sucked into the Carolina game:(!!!) Sunday was my baby shower that Lindsay and Meredith did for me. I got lots of great stuff and now I feel a little closer to being ready for the new one!! They all did a great job putting it all together and I really appreciate all they did for me. Thanks girls!! Anyway I think there are some pictures floating around from the weekend, so if I get some I will post them later.
We will keep you all posted on the arrival of the new baby..I am predicting next week, but I guess we will have to wait and see.

LeGrea Farms
We went to the pumpkin patch out on Johns Island last weekend with Laura, Chris and Charlotte. We had a great time. We did the hay ride this year ~ it takes you out to the cow field and you can feed them. Charlie loved it!! She kept calling the cows to come over, it sounded like this..."Moo. Moo. Come get some food." She especially liked the tire swing, we may have to put one in the back yard so I can watch her laugh a lot. We did not do to much of the Halloween stuff, but it defiantly got us in the fall mood. Next week will be a big week with Halloween festivities and our fair is coming to town. We are trying to get it all in before the baby arrives!!!

36 week checkup
I went to the doctor today and found out that I am one to two centimeters dilated. I was like this with Charlie too, so I think I will still make it a couple more weeks. Everything looks good and I now have to go every week.
After several weeks and a lot of paint, the nursery is officially painted, stripes and all. It was a lot more work than I thought, but it was worth it. I love it, it is exactly what I wanted. The bedding should be done next week. I am going to start washing clothes tomorrow and putting them away. So, I think I am ready (as long as I have a couple more weeks!!!)
We took family/belly pictures yesterday, so if I can I will post them when they become available.

Edisto the Sea Turtle
We went to the beach yesterday morning with some friends to see the release of a rescued male sea turtle. It was unusual because males don't come to shore very often and therefor most people don't see males (honestly I can't tell a difference, but still neat!!) Anyway, we went a little early so the kids could get some play time in. I thought it was going to be on the chilly side, but it ended up being the best day at the beach so far. The turtle was a little late arriving, and Charlie was getting a little restless. She said she did not want to see the turtle, but I made her stick around anyway. When the turtle finally got there she was mezmorized. She loved it!!! All she wanted to do was go play with it. It took him a little while to make it down the beach (I imagine the hundreds of people watching you is a little intimidating) and Charlie stood still the whole time. It was very neat to see.
Pumpkin Patch
We went to pick out our pumpkin on Friday. Carson had the week off and my mom came to town, so I figured it was a good time since I had the extra sets of eyes and hands. Charlie had a great time running through the pumpkins and picking out all of her "baby" pumpkins. We are going to go to the pumpkin farm next weekend and do hayrides and corn mazes etc. It is starting to feel like fall...finally!!

34 week check up...
I went to the doctor today for my 34 week check up. It is hard to believe that we only have 6 weeks left. Anyway, I had another ultra sound and everything looks great. They are estimating the baby weighs 4 lbs 12 ozs and she has a big head (or a large brain as I like to put it!!) I am up 22 pounds at this point and will hopefully stick to a pound a week from here on out. I am starting to get a little concerned about how Charlie will really react when the baby gets here. I think there will be more jealously then I was hoping for, but we'll see. I will try to post a belly picture before this pregnancy ends!!!!
