kids say the funniest things...
The other day Charlie was singing Santa Clause Is Coming To Town and she could not remember all the words...I remembered I had a CD that had that song on it, so we put it in the CD player and listened to a little Christmas music. While listening to it, Charlie looked at me and said "Mommy you know why they say you better watch out don't you? ~ because Santa will run over you with his car if you don't watch out!!! I was laughing so hard I had to walk out of the room (Charlie now knows when you are laughing at her, and she does not like it!) It is times like these that you realize you tell them the same thing over and over...our trouble spot is Charlie running off in parking lots, if you can't tell!!!

Camden's two week check up.

Camden went to her two week check up today and everything looks great. She weighs 7 lbs 6 ozs, so that means she is gaining about an ounce a day. She is starting to loose that newborn look, so I took some pictures yesterday before it was too late. She is going to roll over soon, she has come close. She is already picking up her head and turning it around. She is a strong little girl. I think she is going to be just as active as Charlie when she get bigger!!!
Camden's first "real" bath
We finally decided to give Camden a real bath. Up until yesterday she has only had the occasional sponge bath. I think by this point I had already given Charlie several baths (poor second child, already falling by the waist side!!) As we expected she was not very fond of it. She does not like to be cold or naked, so there was not much hope for it. Charlie gets VERY upset when Camden cries due to someone inflicting "pain." It is sweet and sad all at the same time. It made it a little difficult for a good bath, so we made it short and sweet. I guess all baths from now on (or until Camden stops crying) will take place while Charlie is at school.

Thanksgiving day...
Charlie had an allergic reaction to Amoxacillin and this is what she looked liked on Thursday! It gave me a little bit of a scare, but all is well now. We had a fun week (other than the spots), everybody came down for Thanksgiving. Charlie and Susana had fun playing together as always. Grandma and Papa spent the night Thursday and left on Friday. Saturday we spent the day with the Keith's and came home in time for me to watch the Gamecocks loose...
I took more pictures with my other camera, but I am afraid I accidentally deleted them. We are tired now and ready to get on somewhat of a schedule now.

Charlie posing!
I don't know if it is because the baby has had a lot of photo's, but Charlie has all of a sudden taken a liking to the camera. These are some pictures Carson took of her. He told her how to pose and she did everything he told her too. What a little model. She will also let us take a lot of pictures of her holding the baby, but after about 5 or 6 she will say "that is enough, no more pictures!"

Get ready for a lot of pictures...
Here are a few of the pictures taken this past week. I am trying to catch up on my posts!!! Things are still going great and I hope it stays this way. Charlie loves her sister. She gives her lots of kisses and wants to hold her all the time. I hope to be caught up with pictures from this weekend by tomorrow.
