Thanks for all the phone calls and emails about my "condition." I am feeling much better and am all back to normal. Carson has been out of town and I have had both girls on my own, so I still can not seem to catch up. Once Camden is asleep she is a great sleeper, but she is very hard to get down. She will be sound asleep and the minute you lay her down she wakes up and you have to start all over again, so not many free moments! Anyway, I will post some pics tomorrow while Charlie is at school.
The Big News...Charlie and Camden will have a new cousin tomorrow and we can't wait to see him. We hope Aunt Mimi's pain level stays to a minimum and that everything goes great. We can't wait to meet him and we love you all!!!!

OK so I know I said I would post some new pictures soon, but I have aquired an infection from nursing...NOT FUN AT ALL!!! I have been a little out of commision, so as soon as I feel better I will post. Sorry for the delay.
PS Spell check on my blogpage no longer works for some reason, and I am NOT a good speller. If you are and you notice all my imperfections, sorry!

Camden is 3 months!!!!

Camden was 3 months old this past Sunday...I can't believe how fast time has gone by. I thought I would be prepared, but I never expected life to go by even faster after your second child. She has grown so much in size and personality. She is on a pretty great schedule now including two good naps and @ 10 hours of sleep at night!!! When she is not sleeping she is ALL smiles. Charlie is still her favorite person in the house. There has not been a slow moment in the house since her arrival.
I have been very busy latley and had very little time to post. Charlie's school is holding an auction and each class is making something to donate. I was the only parent to volenteer in Charlie's class, so Camden and I have been at school every morning for a week and then I come home with both girls (I have always appreciated the "working" mom, but it has hit a whole new level now!!!) I have LOTS of pictures to post and I hope I can catch up (I am back to taking 100 pictures a day!) Check back in the next few days for more pictures from this past weekend and more.

Charlie knows when her birthday is! That may not seem like a big deal to some, but it is pretty exciting for me. Ask her the next time you are around her, she loves to tell people. Now if she could only comprehend time!!!

Bowling!

Two Saturdays ago we took Charlie bowling. She had never been before and I wanted to get out of the house. My plan was to go to the alley down the street around 4 and be home by 5, eat, bathe and be in bed early. For some reason the be in bed early part never works for me!! We go into the bowlling alley and even though the place is empty they have no lanes until 9pm...yikes. Of course by this point Charlie REALLY wants to go bowling (even though she does not know what it is ~ you think I would have learned not to say anything until I know it is a done deal by this point! Especially after the whole fair incident!!) So we proceed to drive to another bowling alley and decide to call first and sure enough they are booked too. Sooo we call the alley in Mt. Pleasant and they have about an hour wait, but they will not hold lanes. So we rush over there and put our name on the list. We played some video games and ate some junk and picked out her ball and played some more video games and then it was our turn. So instead of being home by 5 we started bowling at 6! My original plan would have worked perfectly because Camden slept right up until is was our turn! Since she still won't take a bottle I had to feed her in the bathroom. So, that was fun for me! By this point the bowling alley turned all their lights out, except for the neon ones and turned up the techno music really loud!! This only reconfirmed my age, because back in the day that was really cool, now I am thinking "great my baby is going to go deaf and blind!!" And I probably should not even bring up the fact that the ONE time I got to help Charlie bowl I stepped over the line that they wax and fell and honestly could not get up. As Carson describes it...I looked like Bambi trying to walk on ice...Thanks!!! So all in all a really fun night!! Bed early did not happen!!! But really, Charlie loved it and it was a fun time. She took bowling very seriously and wanted to do it all by herself. We have decided her 4th birthday party will take place there! I hope to go again soon and actually bowl, but I will make sure to call ahead first!
